Perceraian merupakan fenomena sosial yang terus meningkat di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Fenomena ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan keluarga, terutama bagi anak-anak dan perempuan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam faktor-faktor penyebab perceraian serta dampaknya terhadap kondisi psikologis, sosial, dan ekonomi anak-anak serta perempuan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan multidisipliner, artikel ini juga membahas berbagai solusi potensial untuk meminimalisasi dampak negatif perceraian, seperti intervensi psikologis, konseling keluarga, dan pendampingan hukum. Penelitian ini menyarankan model pendampingan yang holistik, yang tidak hanya mengedepankan aspek hukum tetapi juga aspek psikologis dan sosial bagi keluarga yang terlibat dalam perceraian.
