Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory in strengthening family, school, and community roles within Islamic educational institutions in Jambi City. Employing a qualitative instrumental case study, the research analyzes the interplay of nested environmental systems. Findings reveal that the microsystem family religious routines, teacher-mentors provides a foundational moral framework. A robust mesosystem, characterized by strong family-school collaboration, is critical for reinforcing values. The exosystem local policies and macrosystem shared Islamic values create a coherent, supportive environment, demonstrating a synergistic relationship that holistically supports student development
