Learning Transformation: AI Trends, Microlearning, and Gamification

Abstract

This research investigates the synergistic integration of Artificial Intelligence, microlearning, and gamification to model the 2025 learning landscape. Grounded in Connectivism[9], this qualitative study employs a literature review, expert interviews, and case study analysis to construct a conceptual framework. Findings reveal an emergent ecosystem where generative AI orchestrates personalized pathways, connecting learners to context-aware microlearning nodes within a gamified motivational structure.
