Technology-Based Supervision Model: A New Approach in Education Quality Management

Technology-based educational supervision offers innovative solutions to enhance the quality of education in the digital era. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of a technology-based supervision model in supporting educational management in secondary schools. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research collects data from 50 teachers and 10 school principals through surveys, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the technology-based supervision model improves supervision efficiency, strengthens collaboration between teachers and supervisors, and facilitates real-time access to performance data. These results highlight the significant potential of technology in the reform of educational supervision systems
