This study aims to analyze the effect of outdoor learning on children's motor development at RA Al Jauharen, Jambi City. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through direct observation of outdoor physical activities and interviews with teachers and parents. The findings indicate that outdoor learning significantly improves children's gross motor skills, such as body balance, coordination, and muscle strength, through activities like running, jumping, and climbing. Additionally, outdoor activities also have a positive impact on fine motor development through activities such as drawing and playing with small objects. Outdoor learning also stimulates children's creativity and problem-solving abilities. The role of parents was found to be crucial in supporting the success of this learning, both through direct involvement and creating a supportive environment. Overall, outdoor learning at RA Al Jauharen greatly contributes to the motor development and social skills of young children.
